SpeedofMac MP64+ Launcher

The SpeedofMac MP64+ Launcher has undergone a minor update. Thanks to a helpful comment on the last MP64+ update post, I was able to find and fix two issues:

1. The “Open Selected Rom” button in the main window wasn’t opening roms
2. The Configuration -> Open Gamepad Config File menu item wasn’t working unless the launcher was in the Applications folder
